Hours can be long, and upper management has their priorities skewed a lot of the time. The owner is a micromanager who is disconnected from the day to day operations, but still demands things be done HIS WAY. He can also get VERY petty for stupid things. Regular operations are usually fine, the Operations people are good to work with most of the time. At the end of the day, its a LOT better than instruction but its not a long term gig at all.
Long story short:
Cons
Meh pay
Bad Admin
MX takes too long to get done
VERY hectic schedule
Pros
Good for directly out of flight instruction
Lots of hours
Only sent to Marriot and Hiltons
so that’s not a first job
