I’d say if you’re a ATP with 2500tt and some turbine time, anything below 170k yr with benefits, 401k, KCM, 7on 7 off ish, home based would be about the minimum

if you’re low time and this is your first non CFI gig, first jet or twin turbo prop gig, be happy with 70-100k depending and ya takes what ya gets as long as you can legally also log the time as a REAL SIC
