I’m trying to figure out who is affected by the incorrect file being loaded in the first place.



For example, if someone wanted to bid to report on 4/2 and depart on 4/3, they would have entered a bid “Pairing number XXXXX Check-In date April 2, 2026.” This doesn’t change, now that the file has been corrected, or does it? This only would have been a problem had they not corrected the file and run the award.



Is there another way pilots would have entered their bid that they now have to go back and correct it? Pairing numbers without dates?
