Thanks for stepping up, I also fly quite a bit and I would say nearly 50% of the time, the PAs are condescending and barky. It's ****ed.


- We need better, more premium options for snacks. I believe this will come with time (and a real premium seating option). It is extremely poor customer service that only half of row 6 gets the pistachios. 50% of the time row six seats DEF ask about it.
I hope you guys are providing that feedback.

- There are going to be more inflight supervisors out flying. This is a good thing. We have SO many great people on our crews, but I’m sick of seeing bad customer service, lazy attitudes, and not following procedures.
