they shared 4 events. We had over 30 in 2 yrs.
Not saying the callout will fix it. It was straight training, the inability to fail anyone, and lower than normal experience being hired that the training didnt match amd then fianlly, mostly cpts, sitting in their hands and not being invloved in the flight.[/QUOTE]

So I heard this year’s CQ discusses seat positioning. If the individual can’t figure out how to position his/her seat properly so as not to put the aircraft in a steep dive over water, that individual probably shouldn’t be employed here.
