Saying that "your people" make the difference and "your culture is unique" is MBA school class #1 lecture in CEO leadership and CEO wannabes.
EVERY organization I've ever worked for claimed that "our people" are the difference and everywhere employees eat it up and ask for more! I say show appreciation by showing the $$$$$.
