Management seems to think lounges and adding First Class — which keeps getting delayed with still no real details — are somehow going to save this airline. At least with frontline employees, our culture is in the toilet. Morale is as low as I've ever seen here. Almost every CA I'm flying with now is upset because their schedules are getting worse and worse despite being here almost 20+ year while many of us in the right seat are here due to downgrades. So many "Just need this place to last a few more years then I can punch out" comments. No matter what we do, they continue to trip over themselves. My past couple trips have been nothing but self induced issues. Delays on delays on delays while the two of us upfront are there on time and ready to get the job done. We had to laugh one night when we got the "Ready to go?". Yeah, we've been ready to go for the past 2 hours.

The impact is currently being felt. You sir/madam are currently paying more today filling up your tank. Wait until delivery trucks for goods have to up their cost to the market. Maybe you and I can absorb it for now, however, not everyone can, check in on your average Joe. We are currently doing something that is not beneficial to the people of America and it's entertaining? Get off the "Own the Libs" schtick. Hopefully it's called off sooner than later. If it's not dragged out then we have a better chance.
Amen. We're paying more for everything. Heck I got a bill from UPS for tariffs that cost me a couple hundred bucks, something I've never gotten before in my life. Food, fuel, goods and services all cost more, yet some people still think this is a "my team vs your team" issue. Hint hint, we're not in the "big club". Nothing going on right now helps the average American.
