I have only worn Ecco shoes since shortly after 9/11. I am on my 5th pair now. So 5 pairs in 25 years, roughly. And my current pair is new, so really 4 pairs in almost 25 years.

i got one bad pair, they literally disentegrated on my first trip with them. Clearly a manufacturing error. I emailed Ecco and sent a picture, they said go online and pick any pair you want as an exchange, and mailed it off to me. So very reasonable customer service the one time I’ve had a problem.

I know there are lots of good brands out there, but I’m happy with Ecco, so why change?
