But you can certainly try to get a couple of GS/QS/IA to partially roll thunder. Obviously being senior really helps since the GS and QS are separate counters. OOB if you can get it…
And then, as noted, there is the new norm of banked PB days only eligible for supp vacation days a year+ hence…
The closest I've been (mid-seniority in BES) recently was 2 GS and 1 IA which still wasn't enough to bank any PB days. Now with QS allegedly taking up the IAs I don't really even try on RES anymore. I'll bid reserve on vacation months but I make more money by working a few extra days on REG with SS and GS being pretty attainable at my seniority.
