I’ll buy that. Except the part of I don’t know how arbitrations work. I’ve Been a witness at several f9 arbitrations in the past. Anyhow what do others have that we should have been able to obtain? Again it wouldn’t provide current leverage in sec 6 as it would be resolved already. Key word in your first sentence “was”.
