SPC saying they're waiting and ready but arent being allowed.
The old: “let’s drive a truck around HQ and honk really loud so management gives us what we want! Buy the billboards that say “enough is enough” until management gives us what we want!”
these tactics are just posturing, something the teamsters do to placate their membership. In reality it’s just whining: a temper tantrum from labor. Not to say it doesn’t feel good sometimes to hold up signs outside the airport, or march around HQ to express some frustration; but if you still believe this is gonna pressure management at all then you’re being naive.
unfortunately we don’t have the Tampa bay times in our back pocket like last time. That was legitimate pressure.
