Dont put up with bad attitudes? That’s a joke . Half of them have horrible attitudes, like someone forced them into that job.
This is the most intractable problem that no amount of money will solve. It exists across all labor groups but the two primary customer facing ones are the most critical, at least for NPS and other things managers find interesting to measure.
