yes. the contract says you can go to any U.S. based seat you can hold, based on seniority when you are excessed, unless that seat is also in excess.

the company will basically be able to get the seats filled in seniority order, fill whatever secondaries they choose, and keep trying to scare f/o's to bidding hkg.
