You can believe whatever you want, but here we are and United hasn't offered to buy Jetblue still and if they were going to, they would not have spent a bunch of time engineering a partnership. They would have just pulled the trigger. Kirby doesn't beat around the bush.

While I'm not suggesting any tie up with another carrier for B6 will happen, have you seen the latest interior of JB and compare it to United?
Other than some small details like the even more logo on headrests, orange trim etc on JB, there are quite some similarities, especially after JB adds domestic first.
It is not out of the realm of possibilities that UAL (if they decide to buy) keep the interior in JB until the capacity to change it(maybe 3 years from now, since the merger would take a while to consummate) becomes available.
