Yep, and more then a few jumped ship to FedEx and UPS. Recently had one of those come back to AA from FedEx. That mistake cost him about 7000 seniority numbers.
Oof that hurts. Chasing the dream like that rarely works out. Things were bound to improve at AA when he left just like things will inevitably improve at FedEx. His bouncing around will cause him to miss both waves.
