I hope that they knocked it out of the park on this TA. They have been waiting far too long to try and come together to find a solution that works for the majority of their work group. Their work hours are horrible, their retirement is nowhere near what we have, and they have to deal with so much grief from the traveling public as well as their fellow employees. It’s about time that they moved the bar up for their industry as a hole.
I just found out that there is language in the new t/a that allows UA to 100% wholly own a regional airline and not use UA flight attendants to work it .If true , what’s your opinion on this ?
