As for discussions about FA quality - or even pilot quality, for that matter - what Archer said. I'm glad we're far removed from the days of age and weight requirements for employment. That's suboptimal, and implying a nostalgia for the "good old days" isn't awesome. Not that this thread is doing that, but I've heard it time and time again. Also heard some horror stories from ex-expats who worked for the ME3.
