So, as far as I can tell, if 100 guys excess into ANC FO on this bid, then the company can increase the excess from 1 to 101, if you catch my drift.
That's why they put the "1" there.
We have a BINGO ! Should be treated no different than 08-02. If 70 MD11 FO's bid MEM MD11 CA they will need to excess the bottom 110 (assuming no other guys bid in from other excess seats) which may include some of the same MEM MD11 FO's that bid CA. Think the software will handle this one !
