Instead of just assuming that our coworkers that have apps out at other airlines are going to vote to screw us, we could try to convince them to vote as if they were going to stay. Here, I'll try:
Hey guys and gals with apps at United and Delta, please vote on the contract based on the quality of the contract as a whole and not just as a quick pay day as you head out the door. The better contract we get at Frontier will actually benefit the entire industry as United and Delta will have to leap as far ahead of us as possible. What's good for us is good for all.
Vote with your conscious, not just for a quick buck. Unless of course the TA is solid which of course is the goal of the union in the first place.
