The latest bid monitor report on the ALPA page is from Feb, so you are either more of a search ninja than I at finding a more recent bid monitor report, or if you are just doing the math yourself. If the later then I'll concede becauseI didn't put pen to paper to do it old school because I'm not in that category so I don' have a vested interesting in gonkulating beyond what ALPA provides.
You are correct, the latest bid monitor report on MEC website is for Feb. It shows 73B is 77.28 so not close to "a little under 74." And, yes, I did the math since February to come up with those numbers.
