You are correct, the latest bid monitor report on MEC website is for Feb. It shows 73B is 77.28 so not close to "a little under 74." And, yes, I did the math since February to come up with those numbers.
Sh!te....I mistakenly read the ER line right above the 73 line....7ERB is 73.81 hence my "little under" comment....My bad!!!!
Time to make eye doc appointment to update my prescription.
