I agree but I think you unintentionally confuse seniority with Seat Position.
What we really need to work on is hourly pay for everyone. What will we give up to get it? We can start with the A Plan in lieu of more B Plan. Then, how 'bout chuck 'em over the side of the boat by offering up a B Scale for anyone over 60. And I mean a low paying one! That would be the right think to do.
