I couldn't agree more.
If the cost of us getting widebodies is to outsource any portion of our domestic flying to contractors, then
that price is too high. I'm not interested in negotiating away my position so the shareholders (and a fraction of the seniority list) can improve theirs. If the company wants RJs, they can negotiate with us to fly them. I have very few issues that I'd be an instant "no" on, but scope relief is absolutely one of them.
