what or who in in the back is not the issue. The fact that a compnay is not bargaining in good faith (Netjets and pinnacle mngt) the fact the company claims they can't afford it (Netjets and pinnacle mngt). Netjets mngt, union, pilots are not corprate at all, they are the same as a 121 group in every way.
If Netjets pilots believed in mngt clains they still be makein 70k and still be bragging about their on time perf. Now that same 70k pilot makes 130k and has better on time stats then ever....go figure. If i was mngt and my pilots showed me they were happy makeing 50k by flying on time and doing i good job....i wouldn't pay them either.
I wish we had the balls they did.
