I never said anything about pay reduction, nor about the RES guarantee. His initial quote was "Getting time off throughout the month is still incredible."

You get time off throughout the month on Reserves anyways, PB days doesn't change that it just moves your time off around. That's not "incredible" to me.

If you want to add pay into it, that's a different conversation.
