I'm sure someone in this group will point out the flaws to it, but I think that we should remove the words "regular" and "reserve" throughout the PWA any time they appear before the word "pilot." The notion that the method of getting assigned flying somehow offers one pilot a certain set of guarantees but not a different pilot who is the same in every other respect is odd to me.
