one of the unions mission statements is to protect pilot jobs, the other is to create more. No where do they really care about individual money, unless youre on full trip pull and then take the summer off to work 300+ tfp/month over vacation.
so id expect them to push another type at a lower pay real hard. Probably be a few roadshow to tell you how senority movement creates more cpts and possible fewer displacements amd is better for everyone. You know, like, co domicile.
