Not everyone is a local at this company. LC/SC is not time off (like you said). It's a different kind of work, but it's still not time off.
And I know I worked 17 days a month, that was my whole point to the OP. PB days didn't generate more time off for him like the OP opined. And he thought that flying GS on his days off generated less flying time which is not always the case, that's why I post my flying time so he could compare (which he said he would love to do), not to "brag".
