I'm sure every Delta or United pilot would love to be on a Dreamliner/A350 pay scale, but unfortunately, some are flying "the best jet ever made" (717 according to some Trannies, for all the new guys here), others are flying B737 or A320's and they're all on different scales are they not? I'd much rather have our junior pilots fly the lower paying airplane and have seniority dictate who flies what than outsource the flying and potentially putting their livelihoods at risk.
what if they say the 175 will only be in Dallas and they will severely chop the 737 that flies out of the Dallas bid packet, will it be a jr plane then?
The small plane won't be in all bases so one cant say itll only affect jr people.
unless guys woth 20 yrs here now have to commute to stay on the better paying plane because there base no longer flies it.
Just like the legacies I guess
