Not sure what constitutional law has to do with it? Any time you say “we want xyz“ with respect to upcoming contract negotiations in a thread called “openers” it is the very definition of negotiating in public. You are telling the company what you want to see in the contract and now they have a targets they can go after, however I agree that a mod should step in and give an opinion.
