Also, to whom it may concern:

When there's a legitimate safety reason (like someone calling midfield downwind on guard), please address the caller in some specific way, not just with "you're on guard!".

The guy talking on the wrong frequency is not aware he's on the wrong frequency, you have to grab his/her attention with something specific.

(this should be common sense, but what do i know).
