At G4 we’re being told a bridge agreement is eminent on our CBA front. It’ll most likely just be pay and retirement and a PBS loa to make it cost neutral for the company 🤣.
anyone’s guess on the JCBA. Knowing Allegiant they will come out pretty quickly with a “comprehensive” pass. It’ll have shiny pay rates and work rules to parallel what SY has. Keep in mind we don’t even have things like min day pay or full DH pay here. Our guys are fatigued on negotiations and the company knows it. They’ll hope we’ll take the first thing dangled in front of us. Many of us here are hoping for a representational change to ALPA and some new blood in our union. I think we’ll need it if we’re gonna make real gains with a JCBA.
