I think it's dead. For AA to be relevant to the ALPA BOD meeting this year, a lot would need to be happening right now. It doesn't seem like they are, and APA will forge ahead on its own.
I’m sure APA expected to be guaranteed one of the top 2 or 3 positions in ALPA.
I can only imagine what their other demands were.
