If anyone wants to see any real changes in the next contract to these items, start by sweeping out the garbage. The pilots that allowed the implementation schedule, the useless right of return language, the 10+ year vacation change timeline... If any of that is important to you, sweep out the garbage. You can find them by looking for the dudes that never fly all year and then pull in 200+ trips in a month in the summer while they "enjoy" their vacation.
