Why do the pilots give a flying fork about the granular level of these numbers? We have zero to do with it. As long as we keep getting top dollar in the industry(we are) and can reasonably expect the company to be able to continue to pay us, I don’t give a hoot about all the nerd math. Those that like to tell each other “my airline can beat up your airline” are silly. We’re all just cost units to the C suite. Nothing more.
