Rugged individualism doesn’t exist in this industry. It’s built on mega mergers, union contracts and seniority lists. Unless you’re going to break up the big airlines and let risk takers take risks, it doesn’t work.
The best risk taking is to take your paycheck and invest in real companies and create financial independence for your family, not by hopping around seniority lists.
