You also have to remember this doesn’t matter to the majority of the pilot group. A few at the top had a great deal (same as 23m7 farmers) while the rest of the list (that did the contract survey and vote) are not really affected by it.

I can be empathetic to the position as I have been told it’s worth 6 figures to the PB day washers- but it does nothing for most and I would not encourage the team negotiating to waste effort on something that doesn’t benefit the entire pilot group
