I think the impression is that there were a few select that were highlighting the true cost of the PB days being washed. Those are the ones that would cache as many PB days as they could and wash them all in a single sitting. It’s gonna draw a lot of attention when somebody washes their 30 PB days and increases their average monthly pay by 300 hours (or more for WB).

I’m not saying there’s a good or bad way to wash PB days. In my eyes it would be great to wash them immediately upon banking them but that requires bidding back to a line and losing the opportunity to stack more days in the bank. So I get the cash them all in at once mentality.

I see the PB days as a huge amount of money lost even though I never banked any. I have been unable to hold a line given my juniority so I would avoid banking them since the time off in the current month was more valuable to me.
