Love or hate DL marketing, but they have the country convinced that Delta is premium whether you think it is or isn’t. Reputation changes take a decade or two to acctualy swing. The cancellations will be solved once a solution to scheduling arrives. In the meantime, we’ll continue to have better arrival times, least baggage loss, more clubs, better soft service, yada yada.

So, when Delta leads the industry again at the end of 26’ regarding premium and profits, after a full year of these “egregious” cancellations, maybe you can admit it is a nothing burger.
