Its happening. T8 in JFK, brand new, looks amazing. Tied in with Flapship service, new lounges, more new gates in other hubs, and hopefully the 13 bank smooths things out too. More positive than negative on the horizon IMO.
Lots of improvements recently. Tons of positives finally.
