Their system of having to go to the service desk in HNL was painful.
I heard the issue was that Hawaian does not have internet access at their gates in HNL so agents can not get into CASS.
We were told that for AS and OAL pilots you list at the gate for all flights (including Hawaiian metal) just like you always have. For HA pilots, we have to pre list for Hawaiian metal flights via ID90, but just list at the gate for Alaska metal flights. The problem is, online check in doesn't work for the ID90 listing, and none of the agents know how to check us in right now.
