I believe displacements are another area where domicile stability in our pilots' lives should be a higher priority than just seniority. Nobody displaced? Then seniority wins. Displaced pilots waiting to get back home? They should have priority on all awards -- not just positive vacancy numbers. Just like Open Time Priority puts junior guys ahead of senior bidders in MOT when they are put below guarantee due to overlap drops. It's all in what we negotiate.

I disagree, but each of us gets a vote. 93% of us voted for the displacement and right of return language as written, which is an improvement over what it was.

Every time we react to something to fix perceived unfairness, we seem to pay the price in a loss of flexibility.
