Definitely don't avoid WB just because of what you read on this forum. As you know, it's just sport b*tching. But there will always be outliers in any category.
I've never experienced peer pressure to hang out. But I'm an adult and, if I don't want to go out for whatever reason, I'll just communicate before I slam click. CRM goes beyond the cockpit, whether we'd like to admit it or not.
