It’s not peer pressure at all, IMO. It’s just an observation of what almost always happened in my experience.

Peer pressure would have been meeting early for drinks at the hotel bar, which I almost never did. I never felt pressured or side-eyed for it.

Maybe I’m wrong, but I read HK’s comments as coming from multiple observations, not just ‘getting ditched’ for a computer game. It was an accumulation of things. Ask around, WB crews are way more relaxed on the whole.
