I'd love to see OOBWS demoted. Seems to me like it was only helping the company for a while - until it really started to hurt it. And it only allows pilots to hold artificial seniority and soak up in-base trips which should otherwise benefit in-base pilots (as premium).

QS? They'll probably naturally die out if that change is made. SS? I'd love to see those go away.
