again not weighing in on what number is enough for me, but its worth doing the math on what any proposed raises compound to to be. I expect the company is going to try and keep any raises to single digit % at a time for non-con optics. We would probably have better luck getting an 8% raise now and another 8% 6 months later (16.6% total) than getting a 1 time 15% raise.
All emotions aside, this is a very important point to consider (if accurate). Let's put it another way, if I were to tell you FO's get a $20k signing bonus, Capt's get a $30k signing bonus, and we get an on-time deal with a15% raise on amendable date, and a total of 21% in 18ish months, that might hit different. Especially if the other sweeteners are meaningful.

Don't make up any minds until a TA is actually reached. Again, this is very likely a trial balloon.

Well, this 'proposal' is internet slop, so I wouldn't get worked up about what is not included. Wait for an actual TA to do that. I fully expect any TA's henceforth to include a UA/AA/WN snap up.
