Generally curious. When I was a lowly panel guy sitting sideways making squat as a new hire here, I tipped. Because that was prudent and expected of us as professionals. Now?

It's not a flex. To flex would be to care more.
My best explanation is that "they" don't care.
But you do care.
It's not about them.
