I don't mind them earning more just put it in the price of the service. I still do it because it's the norm, I just think it shouldn't be. Nobody deserves $2.45 for an hourly wage. Van drivers don't even help with bags anymore and make an hourly wage way above the real servers. The employer needs to make up the difference and charge appropriately for the service. Call me cheap, It make no difference. I never claim to make bank unless we all do in general. I claim to be efficient minimal work for maximum pay, there's a huuuge difference.
