This is what triggered the Reuters interview with Duffy. The Admin decided that they aren't going to pick winners and its going to take Congress to do a bailout of failing carriers. Hopefully something gets done before Spirit runs out of cash.
I think they will let the market play out. Congress works like old people screwing, slow and sloppy.
