Do you know how were they able to set up the video call? I filed a customer service report and the response was “once your documents are approved, a video call may be set up”. But that’s the problem, they won’t approve the ID! I found a phone number online but it just goes to a recording. I can’t figure out how to make contact with a real human being.
It was pretty seamless—the system just guided them to it, but unfortunately that doesn’t seem to help in your case.
